» When will my order ship?
» Custom and personalized orders
We are currently unable to accept any custom scent requests, but if you have a scent idea you'd love to see come to the shop, please feel free to contact us. There are no guarantees it will come to the shop, but we'll do our best.
» Can you cancel my order?
I don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
» There is an issue with my order, what do I do?
Please get in touch with me as soon as possible so I can fix the issue.
» My order is showing as delivered, but I have not received it yet. What do I do?
Sometimes USPS marks items as delivered before they have actually been delivered. It will typically show up by the next day. If it still has not shown up by then, please contact your local USPS office. I will not replace or refund any orders that have been marked as delivered.
» I placed more than one order, can you combine them and refund excess shipping?
In order to ship orders as quickly as possible, I do not combine orders. Each order will ship separately and will not be combined.
