Sign ups will be open between the 15th-30th of the previous month.

Boxes ship each month between 25th-30th.

Example: Sign ups for the June Box open between May 15th-30th, which will then ship between June 25th-30th.

This is a recurring subscription, subscribers will be automatically charged each month for the box. You can cancel at any time.


How much is the monthly box?

Our monthly box is $39.95 including US shipping.

When will I be charged each month?

For the first box, you'll be charged at checkout when you place the order. Subsequent boxes will be charged on the 1st of the month.

Can I use a coupon code?

No coupons may be used on this subscription box.

Can I check out with other items?

No, please do not check out with other items or your order will be canceled.

Can I skip a month?

Yes, you can access your subscription through the email link or through your account and skip the next box if needed. If you need help with this, please feel free to email me at

What comes in the box?

You'll receive at least 16 oz of wax in 8-12 scents per month in every month's box. Each month's box will be centered around a different theme! See what was included in our May Box below:

When can I sign up?

Sign ups open between the 15th-30th of each month.

When will my box ship?

Boxes ship between the 25th-30th of each month.

What if I missed a month, do the scents come to the shop?

If we have any extras from the month, they release on the 1st of the next month. For example, July's extras come to the shop on August 1st. There's no guarantee we will have extras, and no guarantee the scent will come to the shop in the future.

Where do you ship the box?

Within the US and some international countries (excluding Europe). International shipping will be added on at checkout. We ship via USPS Priority Mail. Excess international shipping costs will be refunded if applicable.

What if my payment method was declined?

The system will retry billing after 2 days, and again after another 2 days. If the payment method is not updated and successfully charged within this time period, you may not receive that month's box. Be sure to keep your payment method up to date if you do not want to miss out on a box.

Can I change my address?

Yes, this can be done within your subscription settings in your account. If you don't have an account on our website, but have a subscription, you can edit your subscription details through the link you received in the subscription email. If you need help with this, please feel free to email me at

Subscription Policy

When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.

Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.

Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don’t want to renew a subscription you can cancel it.

If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.
